Exetel features a unique stacking referral framework for residential customers on "The One Plan" (eligible NBN HFC or FTTP connections). When a new customer signs up using your unique referral code at checkout, both you and your friend receive a continuous $1 monthly discount applied directly to your broadband bills. There is no cap on the total number of friends you can introduce, meaning if you accumulate 80 active referrals on an $80 plan, your ongoing monthly internet bill can literally drop all the way to $0 per month.

To grab your custom invite details, simply download and open the official Exetel mobile application. From the primary interface, navigate down to the "Refer a Friend" card (also located under the "EXEmoves" tab) to view and copy your custom alpha-numeric code to share. While the application does not currently list individual referee names due to privacy guardrails, you can easily verify your active referral counts by checking the cumulative monthly dollar discount itemized on your broadband billing statement.

The recurring credits will automatically initiate on your next billing cycle once your friend's new high-speed broadband line is fully activated and their first invoice clears. Crucially, the reward framework relies on an ongoing dual-connection rule: the $1 discount is only sustained for as long as both you and your friend maintain an active plan in good standing. If either party cancels, suspends, or disconnects their service, that specific $1 monthly credit will permanently cease from the next billing anniversary, and your maximum combined discount is strictly capped at 100% of your primary monthly plan fee.
