Existing members can generate a unique invite link within their account to refer new creators or property owners to the platform. If someone uses your tracking link to publish a brand-new Home listing, an Airbnb Experience (such as a guided local tour or cooking workshop), or an Airbnb Service (such as professional photography or private chef catering), you become eligible for a cash payout. This reward is automatically unlocked once the referred host completes their very first qualifying booking on the platform.
To successfully trigger the payout, the person you refer must be a brand-new host who has never previously held an active listing on the platform. Their new listing must be approved, situated in an eligible location, and secure a legitimate booking that is fully completed within a specified timeframe (typically 90 to 180 days from the initial referral date). Once the guest checks out, payouts are generally processed and sent to your designated payout method within 14 to 30 days.
